Can someone shed light on Square’s interview process for Infra Sec Engineer? Does Square require Security candidates to go through a coding test? TC: $125k
I heard at square they hire external pen testers. They don't do it in house

I have a few friends on the SquareSec team. What do you want to know? For starters - yes, they go through a coding test, no, it's not like Leetcode. Security engineers at Square are actually doing engineering work, in the sense that for them it's just a specialization of software engineer. You'll definitely be expected to have strong coding skills.
Would you be able to get some more info for me? What kind of coding test? What are they expecting the candidate in this role to do? How is the team culture? Thanks.
Is your second part of the answer true for Infrastructure Security Engineers as well? The job description talks about Cloud, Terraform, automation, etc.
