Square hands down to me. Seems stable from the outside, good work culture, and they’re always innovating/has growth potential

By L5 you mean senior right? Low offers across the board in that case. Is Dropbox IC3? Square easily. Dropbox second, I’ve heard culture and WLB used to be great, things seem to slowly be changing though? Curious if Dropbox folks can comment.
Avoid Dropbox like the plague. The glory days are long gone. Company leadership is abysmal, there is no direction with constant failed attempts to create new products. Forced 10% PIP makes Dropbox no better than Amazon. However I hear Square also has started PIP. Given this, I’d still rank Square higher as it has higher prospects in general, and therefore any layoffs would be to a lesser extent. With Dropbox, layoffs are inevitable.
@zero thanks for sharing this info, I had considered applying to Dropbox because I want to work remotely but if it's as bad as you say, I will avoid.

Yeah, but this is for corporate
Damn TC is falling :( it’s bad when staples is competitive I’m in LCOL, Ohio, and square gave me a similar offer for L4 in 2021
