Square Interview Tips

Hi everyone, I have an interview loop (60 min technical pair programming screen, then 4 hour virtual onsite) coming up for a SWE position at Square. Can anyone give me some tips on what to expect (I've heard they don't do leetcode, they ask DP, etc?) and how to prepare? I used to be an L4 at amazon, how does the process compare? #swe #software #engineering YOE: <2

Do you also have a system design list?

Not gonna pass very less info out there.Must be super good in your domain which a newbie cannot have. They pay well so lots of competition.

I don't think this role is very senior. I know there's competition, that's why I'm asking on here to get any type of boost I can :)

Ask your recruiter and try not to hack the process or you'll suffer later.

When I interviewed system design was an online hotel booking system. I got asked a LC question in my panel and a game coding question. Both were easy though.

Some questions CAN be solved by DP, but not necessarily require it. Get to workable solution first, if something seems too easy, it may be that the question has several followups
