Square L4 Offer Review
Got an L4 Fullstack offer from Square. Base: 155k RSUs: 250k/4 Signon: 10k TC: 217,500 COL: second highest tier I’m really happy with everything and want to accept but I plan on staying at least 3 years so I want to make sure I get in on a good comp. I’m not even sure I can go much higher as I’m not in NYC/Cali and my max competing over was 240k in NYC Should I negotiate further and if so what? update; recruiter said she asked for a higher base which offset the RSUs but that the lower end for RSUs were around ~200k so I’m still near the higher end TC: 150k/3YoEs #square edit: fuck it gonna accept
What do you mean by second highest tier for COL? What scale are you using for that?

it’s usually a 4/5 tier scale lowest being like Alabama, highest NYC. idk what’s in the middle but I was told I’m in the second highest
