Iβm considering joining Square and was wondering how annual bonus and stock refreshers work. Any pointers from the Square folks?

Thereβs no annual bonus program, comp changes such as base merit increases and refreshers are largely at manager discretion - my experience thus far is good performance is highly rewarded

Thanks. Can you provide an example of what highly rewarded means? Is it just refresh of stock + merit increase to base or something else like one time bonus?
