Square comp adjustment based on location

What’s the current offer ?

I was offered 3k more salary for a higher COL area. So they do adjust but not by much.

Seattle, SF and NY have the same salary bands. No changes if you move from Seattle to bay area, for example. But yes, there is cut if you move anywhere else. I think there are four tiers. Check with recruiter how your comp will be adjusted if you move to another location
