How does a full interview loop look like for L5/L6 in square? Is it LC heavy? How is system design? Any info will be very helpful. TC: š„ #tech
My experience in Jan 2022, for L5: 1 programming screen 3 programming rounds - all were straightforward but had multiple parts SD, question not disclosed ahead of time past experience HM chat They seemed to be much more interested in assessing communication skills than DS+A knowledge
You 100% should have been told the question. Did you get an offer?
Yes I did
Mine coming up soon, need some insight like what type of coding question
1-2 programming screens 2-3 programming rounds, not quite LC SD - they will tell you the question ahead of time Past Experience Leadership, if L6 HM chat
Thanks! If not LC any pointers how will it look like? For SD question they give question ahead of time, what all will be evaluated?
Communication is big for everything. Write clear code that works. Explain what you're doing and why. SD is pretty normal SD style. Explain why you're designing it that way, make sure you satisfy requirements, etc.
