Hey everyone, I have an upcoming onsite at Square and I'm seeking some advice for the behavioral round on my past software design experience. To provide some context, I have 3 YOE and I've only worked on a couple of major projects in the past year. Unfortunately, I wasn't included in the initial planning phase for either of these projects. My involvement was instead limited to delivering about 80% of the UI, including some intricate components that I'm pretty proud of. My concern is that I won't be able to articulate the software design process effectively due to my lack of involvement in planning. Although both projects were highly visible, they were relatively simple, so I understand their architectures to an extent. But, I'm uncertain how to discuss the design decisions made without blatantly saying someone else did it or coming across as disingenuous. If anyone has any advice or reassurance on approaching this behavioral round, I would greatly appreciate it. My primary goal is to present myself honestly and effectively, but I'm unsure where to begin. Thank you for your help in advance. YOE: 3 TC: 0 #square #block
