Square vs Apple PM Offer
Transitioning to PM from engineering. Have 2.5 YOE. Need help making a decision. Square PM offer: 160k 220k 25k signing bonus (240k TC) Remote, lots of opportunity to grow and rise quickly. Technical team (Data platform) Apple offer: 170k 240k 45k signing bonus (275k TC) AI/ML team, super technical, get to work with smart people, probably less product-y and more b**** work. Not remote, have to go into office 3 days a week. Good for resume. Square won’t match, but for being so young in my career TC isn’t a huge factor. What would you recommend for an ambitious/aspiring PM? #square #apple
