After 1 year total comp including benefits ~$109k GitHub: $101k base salary, $20k sign on bonus, $32k Microsoft stock over 4 years, annual bonus worth 10-20% annual salary and additional annual bonus worth $4-8k Microsoft stock, benefits worth ~$17k/yr. After 1 year total comp including benefits ~$143k Leaning towards GitHub b/c passionate about both companies and feel like both companies are similar caliber and good exit opportunities if wanted and GitHub pays ~30% more. How was the interview process for both, what level leetcode questions did they ask?
Github was less leetcode more project type questions and Square was more paired programming I guess medium ish leetcode level

Block is great, but not worth a 30% comp difference. GitHub will also have much more stable stock (Microsoft). Seems like an easy choice.
