Squarespace interview
Does anyone have insight on Squarespace interview? How is compared to FAANG interviews? Leetcode mediums? The structure recruiter told me was System design Ds and algo Oop I have only done leetcode easy with no system design preparation at all. Should I even bother? Any advice will be greatly appreciated
Back end developer. I got an hr screening and then straight to onsite. Most Glassdoor reviews mentioned medium leetcode problems
Do you know to what extent on-site focuses on Java / OOP / algorithms?

You’ll need to pass medium questions to get through the process. There are almost no experienced candidates who get offers without passing the ds&a. Doing well in system design and oop will get you beyond the junior 3 or senior 1 level. System design is pretty typical, how would you build a Twitter or Gmail type question. OOP just make sure you know Java well, and if you don’t you’re out of luck unless you can somehow explain all the concepts using another language.
What role? I got rejected as a frontend engineer recently. I got choice of a typical leetcode phonescreen or a takehome assignment. I did the takehome and passed. On-site was one “build this in JS” assignment, one system design, and one leetcode (forgot what the exact problem was, but the solution they were looking for involved tries).
