The only fun way to live in America is having 2 houses. You need a place for the summer and one for the winter. Place where it’s good in the winter - Miami Place where it’s good in the summer - Seattle Both places 0 state taxes. Also both are different in culture and have different places close by. In the summer, travel to Hawaii, Japan , Australia, etc. Also west coast hiking is great. Fly down to Utah, California, etc. also super easy to do a quick Vegas trip. Once it’s November, go to Miami. Great weather for the next 5 months. Enjoy the beach, take trips to NYC, British Virigin Isles, in the spring visit Europe. Hit up Mexico before you take your flight back to Seattle at the end of May. What do you’ll think? I’m single, so don’t have any problems with school year, feel bad for parents. Please don’t say California is the best place to stay, it’s positively horrible - homelessness, taxes, unaffordable real estate, suburban nightmare, wokes , etc etc
You may be onto something.
What you're trying to say is that the only way to live well in America is to have a shit ton of money
Yes Ofcourse. Money = you can start think of being happy.
Where do I sign up?
One house would be empty half of the time and you will still need to maintain it. I was thinking about summer cabin which doesn't require much maintenance.
It’s called being rich
There is no limitation to have a girl friend in each city/home 😃
My plan is summer Seattle then winter in Cabos, minimal time change only 4-5 hours from US. Only problem is taxes
Sell me a time share already!
Seattle is too warm in the summer. If you worry about taxes then leave the US. Otherwise just pay up.
Seattle is too warm in the summer? Bruh lose some weight
You will need air-conditioning anyway. Many homes in Seattle do not have AC because people like you think Seattle is not too warm in the summer. For quality of life, I would say summer in Pebble Beach and winter in Coastal Orange County. If you are super-rich, you are not really affected by income taxes anyway. You actually benefit from corporate welfare.
How about 3 houses in 3 different cities
No, hard to make community in 3 different places.
