How is WLB at Zillow? What is the TC for Sr. Data Scientist in Consumer Data Engineering team? Also what are the levels? Is this a IC role or tech lead or team manager? Please share insights.

DS at Zillow is pure toxic. Don't go there. Attrition rate is pretty high. They promote girls somehow and show that for PR. Complete bullshit.

OP, just go to LinkedIn and talk to people who left Zillow DS in the past and you will get a full picture.
IC role and is P4. Not sure of the TC, expect between 220 and 250. Very good benefits.
