Sr Manager Offer - AWS Amazon
I live in the Boston area and received an offer for sr mgr solutions architecture. Want to know of it seems right because its lower than exoected. Base: 160k RSU: 200 shares = about 365k. normal style 4 year vest. Cash: 180k year 1, 125 year 2 So year one OTE about 360k I know base doesnt change, but are RSU and cash in line with this role?
That cash is absurdly amazing if real!
