Is the company public?
What’s the valuation and funding stage?
You are not calculating your TC correctly - your equity is $120k over 4 years assuming your company goes public. That being said, your TC is actually $176k at this point because your equity is worthless at this point in time.
Yes.
This! And even count your equity, that’s $206k/year. You’re scaring people with your close to $300k TC. Lol
Thanks
What’s the size of the company? This seems high given the title
What skills do I realistically need to get in a position like this or in marketing analytics in the same range?
imo the two most important skills in marketing to increase your value 1. Ability to connect and attribute your work to increased revenue 2. Strong people manager and motivator beyond your direct team
A06 is 100% correct. On one end the tech skills (connecting dots with data AND being able to tell the story) is where the good money is in Marketing. If you want the GREAT money, you need to be good with people. Especially if you're managing very smart Data Engineers and Analysts rather than regular campaign managers. The data people are used to being the smartest in the room AND they're rare (Data that understand the Marketing Business side), so, they can be headaches! If you can manage THEM, you are extremely valuable.
Brooo, what company? Im okay to even come in without a Sr. title haha
How much revenue does your company do?

Hey! Any referrals? :D
Pretty much exact same boat as you. Except due to annual refreshers + stock price increase, I’ve vested around 100k in a year numerous times. HCOL.
