Sr. Program Manager salary range at Comcast Philadelphia

Hi, anyone has an idea of salary range for a Sr. Program Manager at Comcast in Pennsylvania?

Fuck that shithole. I pay for 150mbps and I get no more than 60 with gigabit hardware.

Then you’re doing something wrong. Have them come out and look at it.

Echoing the other person's comment, they're all about customer service. It's probably an old coaxial cable they could replace in 20 min. Older cables can't handle the modern fast speeds

Yeah bud not sure you'll get any advice about that here. Comcast is definitely on the no fly list with techies.

I am a telco guy with 10+ yrs experience in Telecom. For me, life revolves around telecos like At&t, Verizon, Comcast, Tmobile etc. For good or bad, almost all companies are same. It’s upto an individual to enjoy or hate it!!

That's fine. Comcast is certainly an exception in our world. At&t is occasionally disliked but not nearly as much as Comcast.

I'm sorry things have reached a point where you are asking this question.

Since you're not getting any info, I can guess but I'm not in that type of role. I'd guess around 95 with a 15% bonus. Not sure about the stock and options. It also depends on if you are in the TPX organization or the regular "business" side of the organization. TPX pays better but fails miserably at any type of tech culture, and therefore earns a reputation as a place to avoid for the sake of sanity.

I'm a senior data analyst and I'm at 90k, which I hear is mid range for my role. So a senior PM could get WAY more. That said, they're very selective about who they hire, so if it's you vs. a couple other people, you may wanna accept something lower. Also, make sure you call your HR recruiter and ask what their budget is for the role's salary. Whatever they tell you is the LOWEST you should accept.

Manager/Sr manager is bottom of the food chain in management. No respect from management and tons of hostility from team. If you can handle that and get to director level in two years, all the best else take management position elsewhere
