Sr TPM salary for Amzn and Tableau
I am planning to apply for TPM roles in Tableau and Amazon. Any thoughts on the Compensation in these two companies for a TPM with 10 year experience? Heard lot of horror stories about Amazon. Are there any recommendations around which groups to avoid? Happy New Year!

From a different thread I see Amazon offers around 160k with 120k sign on spread over 2 years. Wondering what is the range for Tableau.
Just make sure that when you are evaluating people's Amazon comp, you are considering the fact that often that reported total comp is inflated due to stock increases over the last couple years. That often does not represent what a new hire will be offered. I just took a Sr PM job there myself, but that does not necessarily share the same comp as a TPM will, so probably not much good to share.
