The entire stock market is down. Layoffs started in crypto and now spreading to other sectors. And now Redfin is doing layoffs due to slowdown in housing sector. Housing crash is next.
What do you mean by a housing crash? Layoffs leading to job losses leading to mass foreclosures?
These comments make me realize there are so many others waiting to pounce.
Idk I still feel like it’s very correctional. So far it seems only businesses with meh financials or poor / unfortunate market position have been hit.
This will be worse than 2008-2009. Massive food shortages is my biggest concern. I’m not a prepper but did stock my freezer with 200lbs of meat and have about 6 months of food provisions for a family of 6 that I’ve been amassing since inflation reared it’s ugly head back in January. We planted a garden and got chickens… not so worried about stock market because I’m all cash stable value with mix of gold silver bullion in a safe at my domecile
Bruh moment
This sort of mindset is exactly what causes these shortages. Do you also have 10 years worth of TP supply?
More downside coming
Buy when others are fearful

If you’ve been paying attention, this has all been a long time coming. Nothing about the last couple of years (and to an extent, the last 15+ years) has been sustainable. We haven’t had a proper cycle in a while, lots of zombie companies out there. Everything will be fine, eventually
I think it’s really hard to tell. Maybe stuff will get worse, but in what way exactly and in what areas of the economy specifically? Unfortunately this seems to be what we get from stopping the world from working and printing money.
This is nothing. We can see new high in some stocks. Yet it won’t prevent a devastating crash.
This is only the quiet before the storm
