Hello Guys, I wanted to know who had previously interviewed at Schwab or got interviewed or even interviewed for a role for the Staff Software engineer at Schwab anytime in their career. 1) What should we expect from a first technical WebEx Interview? Any pointers to topics or material that needed we need to be well aware of? 2) What kind of questions do they ask in technical? Also, is it a mix of behavioral? 3) How do they rate the interview based on which points? 4) How would the structure of the interview be? Only questions or whiteboarding, etc.? 5) Also, if you had been a candidate or an interviewer, How did your experience go?. What were the positives & what were the things you felt that you could have done better? I would appreciate all of your valuable inputs. I have been interviewed for staff java role 2 years ago and worked for Schwab for close to 2 years. For me, I had a coding test in hire vue, I had to solve 3 questions which were fairly easy. I then had WebEx interview which lasted close to 30 minutes. I was asked questions on OOPS,java,angular,Databases questions,basic Unix commands and some behavioral questions. It really depends on the team interviewing you, if you have already had the coding hire vue round cleared WebEx would be more like a formality. If not, expect some coding questions on the WebEx.
