Staff PM at Walmart?
Is it a good time to join Walmart? I have been interviewing for 4 months and haven’t had much luck, I have two verbal offers right now and another interview ongoing 1. Verbal offer for Walmart staff pm (hybrid) 2. Verbal offer for product lead at a series E unicorn it’s B2B so not much brand recognition (remote) 3. Still interviewing for a creator role at TikTok (level not determined) (5 days rto) Right now I am leaning more towards Walmart because the stability and the pay and seems competitive (not received exact number yet) thought I heard wlb could be bad and lots of red tapes I was precious a senior pm at Faang but was laid off earlier this year Previous TC: 300k

Yes, somehow I am not getting calls. 2-3 recruiters have ghosted me, after couple of call. Have not received any rejections yet.

I didn’t get exact number yet but from the band it’s 200k base + 80k RSU I’m guessing I can negotiate up 10-20k?
