Staff level at 9 yoe
I have been senior for last 4 years. My goal is to get to staff at the 10 year mark. Staff level in workday is just a promo with same work. How can I convince other companies to give me the opportunity to deliver as staff engineer. Folks don’t consider me for the up-level as soon as they see senior on my resume.

Why do you say so?
Remove senior. Just say you want to interview at staff. If they say no, don't interview. That said, the market is now tight enough that this strategy will fail most of the time. Especially from non-faang.
