They will try to lowball you if you don't have competing offers. But the good thing is they will never ask you your current TC and you should not be disclosing this, it's an HR policy. Now,ideally you could make double of your current TC. Base should definitely be in higher 40s Bonus depends on interview performance Stocks should be around 100k usd, seniors were getting around 60-80k Bonus is fixed around 20%. You will get a decent raise compared to your current tc anyways.
