Hi guys, I have been looking for jobs and recently I made accounts in websites like Career Builder and Monster. What I noticed after was getting calls from people from company Xyz saying that they are working directly with clients and can get interviews and train me for 4-5 weeks with a 1 hour lecture every week to pass these interviews. The only catch is the $1200 upfront training fee which makes me think this is a scam. May I know if this is legit or if any company asks for upfront training fees like this? Tc: 115 Yoe: 2
Some ICC business I heard be like this. And probably gonna be more as layoff people trying to stay in US, basically pay to buy time. But I don't know the details, this might be a scam.
Scam. They should only profit if you get the job.
Are you asking whether it's a scam because they'll take your money and run away, or because the services they'll provide are meaningless? Probably yes to both.
Scam
Scam. Why would you pay? What bs training!
