I think it’s a fair pay for a Band 6. In fact, this range might cross to Band 5 M22 already. Which tech domain?

If it's Band 6, you're getting a hell of an offer already.
Yoe? Banks have rigid pay structures so afaik 150+ is the ceiling for band 6. You could try negotiating the bonus

Typically, SCB does ~15% of the base as bonus. Perhaps you could try for 20%? Anyways, The package you’ve received is fair for the band, and even on the upper side.
