Hypocrisy of Indians
I am asking on behalf of my spouse, who has an upcoming interview with Starbucks as a Software Asset Manager. 3 interviews have been scheduled, each of 1 hour duration. I'm curious to know what the interview format at Starbucks is like. Is it similar to leadership principles driven questions like it is done at Amazon? Any insights would be super helpful. #tech #SAM #assetmanagement #starbucks
Random at best
Similar general format as Amazon but much less formal. The hiring manager will pick 3 focus areas and each interview targets one of them. One interview will probably focus on technical skills specific to the role, the other two more soft skill areas like collaboration, communication, prioritization, etc
Ty! Really appreciate it!
Normally, if you look at the job description those focus areas will come out. Generally it’s how would they live mission and values, how do know they had impact or are done. Be very prepared for times you had a conflict and how you lead with kindness when navigating it, it’s one of the biggest topics that will come up in each section.
