Start ups with high earning potential?
What are some start ups now that have huge upside earning potential? I am taking about 3-4 million windfall in the next 3 or 4 years? Got fed up of working for peanuts. Role: Product management YoE: 13 TC: 360k

wow 360k is peanuts ? Good luck getting 4 million within next 3 to 4 years. If you find one startup with that potential everybody will be there. Unfortunately it takes time and startup is a hit or a miss. To get to that point it takes a minimum of 5-8 years. Well grown startup like stripe or databricks they are not going to give you so much just before pre-ipo. If you want money be realistic and go for pre-ipo and hope that the money will grow to become few millions in few years after ipo. I know people in DoorDash were able to do it but ofcourse they were in DoorDash much before ipo. Be happy where you are and keep growing so you are not โfed-upโ

On average it take ~7 years for a startup exit. So you are looking for somebody in the middle of that journey. Look at top VC firms and the companies that have gotten series B or C rounds. You should realize that you will probably take a paycut to make the move as a large amount of your pay will be paper equity.
