What do you currently do in Intel?
Wes Bos has great JavaScript courses. One note is if you are currently making $130k, you will probably get a major pay cut for a junior dev job.
Take admission at Leetcode university for interviews Some software projects to add to your resume(if you don’t have any) Also pick a domain you want to focus in (eg: front end , back end , full stack , mobile , web, cloud) and take the appropriate courses / YouTube videos for that Did I mention attend leetcode university?
Why don't you switch to fanng hardware roles
I think best bet would be go into cloud infra like devops.
Do Big Tech forks hire SWEs at junior positions at this age? Also interested

LC . Get comfortable with LC . End of the day that's all your need to crack the interview. Plus system design.Framework/ lang/ library etc can be learned at work
Why LC? Do you not see outside of development world? There’s BigData, there’s Infrastructure, there’s Cloud, so on
LC improves your problem solving and coding skills. Just my two cents. All those stuff you mentioned can be picked up when you start working with those technologies
