Starting my own IT Staffing gig around Austin

Transitioning from 8 years of IT experience. I got fed up with recruiters calling me, leading me on and not even following up. I just want to work for 1-3 companies and make a difference....Any companies looking for / can use help from vendor/3rd party for hiring?
