A simple app for asking referrals. There's a group of verified judges who work at FAANG. Only those who get accepted by this group can post their Linkedin/Resume to ask referrals to their dream companies. Thoughts?
A very narrow market to sell. I wouldn't place my bets.
Not scalable
IMO, the real purpose of a referral is to be able to vouch for someone you know personally/professionally. Even though it isn’t used this way all the time, if the misuse becomes common enough they will probably get rid of the referral system or change the way it works. Only way I could see this working is if your startup got HR from these companies on board.

Principal Software Engineer TC~300K at Microsoft vs 600K at Meta. Is 300k pretty low for Principal scope?
So you have to go through a pre-resume screen in order to go through a resume screen after which you might get an offer. If a technical phone screen was guaranteed after getting accepted by this group it might work. I highly doubt you can make that guarantee though.
Thanks for the input!
