I heard two numbers: 2800 people from an SF manager, then a few days later I hard 800 from an HCL manager. They are vary cagey & reluctant to answer this question so I ask them literally every chance I get. Salary-wise, I got a 7.5% raise (I was set to get around this amount from merit anyway), another person on my team got a 4% pay cut. There are substantial bonus cliffs going from now until 2024-04-01 to entice you to go the distance. The totality of which amount to about $50,000.
