State Street London comp numbers
I have an offer from SS London currently waiting for the negotiation call (expected to happen next week). The role is for VP but might get downleveled to AVP. I am currently in NL and don’t have a great idea about London payscales. What’s a good number I can pull off at this role? TC €75K YOE 6

This is a low offer for VP. 85K is more reasonable. Do not accept a down level to AVP!!

I know VPs who're making 180 in USA. But I think the band is pretty wide. Every TDH is a VP.
No idea about state street but if you’re at a similar type company in Netherlands I guess you can expect about 30% more than you’d expect getting in Netherlands
