I want to learn stats from scratch with main focus on regression, correlation, statistical learning and their coding in R and visualization in Tableau. Looking for courses (udemy/coursera) or books, any help would be highly appreciated. I am new to R language and programming. Thanks
For theory, refer to Brandon Foltz videos on YouTube. There's also an MIT open course on stats but I personally felt it went too much into the maths. You can check it out. I heard of the following resources but haven't checked it out yet, feel free to check them out and post your reviews here: 1. Orielly practical stats for data scientist book 2. Stats course on coursera 3. Springboard data science and analytics courses
Was the MIT course by rigollet? He has some good pubs

If you are in the Bay Area, join Tinder and keep track of all the metrics associated (right swipes/left swipes/ match percentage/etc etc). You will get the best statistics lesson ever, the result each time being that dating here sucks for single males.
