Stats on Apple Promotion Timelines
Does any one have stats on promo timeline at Apple in non tech roles? Especially looking for M2->M3 and M3->D1 promotions.

Forever. Close to impossible to get promo to Director. In last 4 years I’ve seen two promos and they were people with massive orgs and had been there a long time. I know someone who did m2 to 3 in three years and he runs a big org and the senior director is freaked about losing him so they made it happen. Also the answer is different from org to org. I am guessing swe is impossible.
