The ESPP benefit is really good. My NW exploded the last few years because of it (much more than RSU). Granted it was a special time and stock is $$$$ now so harder to justify. But that 2 year look back will help if stock dives again like it did in 2022 and 2018/19. Besides that, Nvidia’s pretty hype now and CEO is great. He doesn’t do layoffs so it’s safe. He’s very much a believer in taking care of employees’ families. Yes a lot of companies say it and you should never be loyal to a company but Jensen is the real deal. Without knowing any specifics of your role/org, I would recommend it. Obv I’ve drunk the koolaid so I’m biased.

“He doesn’t do layoffs so it’s safe.” Lol famous last words

@VIZIO I don’t disagree in general. Never be loyal to a company/CEO blah blah. But it’s well known internally from past and current economic difficulties that Nvidia avoids layoffs as much as possible. One of the few big companies (in addition to Apple) that hasn’t done any yet.
