Stay at Snap or join Lyft?
Currently at Snap. Not enough opportunities to get to next level. Considering an offer from Lyft.
I think you answered your own question. If you don’t see any opportunity for growth it’s time to move on.
What level in snap? If it is >= L5, good idea to get multiple offers outside and switch. Otherwise, switching teams itself is likely to fix your problem

If you aren't L5 yet, the problem is much more likely you than your team. You might get just as stuck anywhere. Figure out what's missing (what kind of work, what kind of manager, ...)
I asked another question few weeks ago on getting to L5 from L4. I think I don't enjoy the projects. So yes problem is me. I could just switch teams/look internally.
Is L5 the terminal level at Snap?
