Wait, you again? 😆
Who else? 😂
What happened to the old thread? It had some juicy comments.
Are you really going with these reasons? Degree? Indians? Really?
I believe the OP's a troll, don't encourage them.
There's a lot more but you had to be in the interviews to have sensed that.
Getting hired in Amazon India is tougher than in the US
Probably. All I see here in the US are jackasses. Stop getting rid of your dumbest by sending them here. 😂
If they are dumbasses and the US is giving them visas, what does it say about the US 😂
Share details. Otherwise It doesn’t help at all.
If u are such a smartass then why till date are you working for someone else?
You sir are a genius. This is by far the smartest question someone has posed to me on blind. Something everyone forgets as big tech leeches you of sharpness and skill until you can no longer leave even if you want to. I plan to work on a startup after working for big tech for a couple of years and having enough capital to fail and not starve. That and the AI hype dies down and it gets easier to recruit people to work for reasonable wages. Working for someone else is no fun.
Thread makin' me feel like I'm at the movies. 🍿
Do they still serve alcohol?
On tap? No. At events, AWS usually does.
You could let us know your team/org as well. You dislike your current team to move out right?
No. I like my work/manager/org/team, moreso after looking at some other Amazon orgs such as AWS AI. Don't want to jinx it by revealing an AWS org with great wlb and good work if one wants to pick it up. Liking my work and manager is what's made jumping into the AWS AI dumpster fire difficult. :)
Why?
Alright, thanks.
Cool. My job here is done.
