Stay or GTFO
I make 300k at 3 YOE (at Amazon now) but my team sucks, and I’m tired of the culture here over all. I’ve been prepping to leave but it seems like I’ll have to take a steep pay cut. My main complaints are bad WLB and constant need to prove your worth. Should I stay or go?

Depends what you find. Start LC and applying. If you have no offers in hand I’d stay.
I feel like to see what’s out there you need to really commit and eventually take a bunch of days off for off sites. So it’d suck to burn a bunch of PTO to do that only to decide to stay
Sorry this comment makes no sense.. So what you will be stuck without PTO.. Maybe you can take off not paid time off .. Better then no job ...
