7yoe tc 500 after drop, expecting ee/ge in 2021. My learning seems to have fallen off cliff after joining fb from aws. Thinking of intvwing to join a startup with better talent profile and more hands on engg work instead of a/b metrics and incremental changes.

I joined with max offer in April 2020 so peak covid crash and had decent ratings so far..
210 base/30bonus/ 175k when joining at stock price 165$. Now stock still higher and had refreshers too
