Steps to Advance Product Management career
Hello guys, I'm an Associate Product Manager in a PE owned fintech Company in Phoenix. With 2 years of BA experience. What should be my next steps to have an accelerated career growth? YOE 2 TC 70K
Find a mainstream tech and jump to it. And preferably somewhere like Seattle, Austin, sf bay area
I just joined this company, should I not work on improving my profile, taking courses, starting something? I'm not sure just asking.
You should be able to double that tc just by switching. Microsoft would probably give you pm1 or 2 depending on your interview performance.
I really appreciate my bosses here and they're putting real resources behind training me . So I'm not sure if I should do them like that😅
You will get plenty good training and opportunities at top tech firms.
