What is the average stock grants in databricks as compared to other organization at a project manager role? My brother was offered 1850 which seemed low.

There are others who got more. Look at the other survey here on blind. Also depends on cash component. How much is that?

1850 per year? It depends on the level. What's the share price your recruiter based this grant on? Multiply the two numbers and see if it's fair for you.

Do you mind me asking what was the overall tc break that was offered for a project manager role? How many RSUs were finally offered from the project manager role?
