Stock refreshers for MTS at Salesforce?
Hi, how often and how big are the stock refreshers for people at MTS level in Salesforce? TC: 200K
Lol. You have to be in top 5% in your org to get refreshers at any level.

Unless this is something that changed in the past few years, it's not true. As a Senior Director, I saw the targets at the time (a few years ago). At that time, stock was allocated at the VP level based on org composition and VP doled out the stock as desired. (Same goes for pay increases, BTW) The amount given to the VP was based on a formula that was a combination of % of people to receive the grant and median value of the grant. The percent varied by level. IIRC, it was 50% and $120k for PMTS at the time. LMTS was something like 25% and 70k. For MTS, odds and amount would be much lower. That said, my info couls also be very out of date.
