Stock refreshers in Intel vs Qualcomm vs AMD vs Nvidia vs Broadcom in India?
For a staff/sr.staff and equivalent level how do the stock refreshers across these companies look like in India? I know the following to a reasonable confidence Qualcomm @staff is 31k/3 years Intel @grade 8 is 18-20k/4 years Broadcom gives in number of stocks but not sure about the numbers. What are the numbers for nvidia for IC4/IC5 and AMD look like for MTS/SMTS? what are the refreshers in sr.staff for Qualcomm? And how do the cash/bonus of mediatek compare to this? #hardware #semiconductor

In Qualcomm it is usually Masters + 7-8 years or bachelors + 8-10 years in India. In US it might be achievable 1 year early as there is no sr.lead level there
I think in terms of $ Broadcom will be the most, maybe nearby Qualcomm senior staff. Amd mts is around 20-35 /4k, 35k means you are in smts band almost, expect 20-30k. I'll be interested to know about mediatek and arm cash payouts. Qualcomm staff is 31k/3 is fixed for staff ? Sounds good.
31k/3 is the 1x target for staff. It can go as high as 1.5x but it's very rare. Maximum I have seen is 1.25x for a 5/5 rating. Arm started giving out dummy stocks now as they are gearing up for IPO. Last I heard they gave 38k/3 for staff level, but not sure if that will be given every year.
