Stock refreshes at Microsoft
How are the stock refreshes at Microsoft? Do they generally match the new-hire stock awards or are they considerably lower? (lvl 64)
It's usually 24k which vests in 5 years.
What is the difference between refreshers and bonus?
Refreshers are stocks that are given over a period of 5 years. Bonus is cash bonus that is given every year.
Stock refreshes are very low and figures are correct for L64. Of late, they have give pretty good initial RSUs though.
I heard stock refreshers are between 0K - 48K (Target is 24k)
