Stock trading allowed at Capital One?
Does anyone know if Capital One allows employees and family members to trade in all public stocks or are there any restrictions? Blind Tax: TC $250k YOE: 12Y

Can confirm that at Dir level, no restrictions
We can purchase public stock like any other publicly traded org, but we have the same insider trading restrictions every other organization has. There are scheduled periods family, friends, and we ourselves are frozen from making transactions.

Lockout periods if you have nonpublic information which would be unusual unless probably vp+
