Strategies for getting a raise at Wipro? is it even possible to negotiate?

None of the people on my team were given a raise in the past year. They all were pressured into signing new employment agreements in under 24 hours. Some are on H1B visas which make them particularly vulnerable to pressure. I, however DGAF, and if I get let go in my efforts to negotiate, I'm fine and I'll pass on what I learn to my coworkers. From close acquaintances in hiring roles for vendors, I've learned that what a client company typically pays for a vendor is about double the salary the client pays their FTEs. So if a client pays their SDE 2 FTEs on average $150k salary then for a SDE 2 contractor they would pay the vendor company closer to $300k. Following that model, based on the average salary for an FTE at my client company, the company I'm contacted out to pays about 4 times what I make as salary to Wipro. So even without being able to get an increased budget from the client, it seems highly likely that Wipro should be able to afford a significant raise. I believe I have a strong case to push for a raise. I'm seen as the go to for big projects by the client's team and I have a much needed skill set that no other member on my team has. So my strategy at this point will be to emphasize my importance to the team/client and if they try to cry budget constraints, to call them on their BS. Anyone else with similar experience at Wipro?
