Strategy & Operations Associate - Google

Currently work in the pharma industry but just got an interview for Strategy & Operations Associate role with Google. Have a background in med device and pharma, as well as healthcare consulting with a total of 5 YOE. Any ideas what the base, bonus and stock would look like for this role?
