Stripe EM interview
I got an onsite call at Stripe for M0 EM. I am a L6 SDM at Amazon. Total exp - 9yrs(7yrs as IC and 2yrs as SDM). M0 at Stripe maps to L5 at Amazon. Wondering if I should even pursue it since technically it's a down level for me. Recruiter said 2yrs of EM experience makes me eligible for M0 roles. Also, can someone elaborate on the technical discussion round? What would be a good project to pick for the round. Thanks! TC: 420k #stripeinterview
