Stripe Prestige?
Why is Stripe so highly ranked in prestige tiers? New offers are relatively low compared to companies like Affirm and Stripe stock is still private.

Stripe is a two class system now. People who joined pre 2022 are making >2x of current offers, and will continue to do so. Stripe is private but they offer yearly liquidity (not guaranteed, but they offered for last 2 years) I was an L3, and my (almost liquid TC) when I left was 700k, which is pretty much top of market. That being said, it’s not worth joining Stripe if you got a new offer.
