Just finished the interview with Stripe last week and was informed that they’ll give some updates this week. But heard from HR that it’s closing the end of year so hc is slim now. They have to do team matching before giving an offer. Can someone give me more information here? Or anything I can do to accelerate this process? Also heard similar thing from LinkedIn, is that Oct is the end of the job market? So that I should start my job hunting earlier? Thank you all!
I was told similar by Stripe, which is weird given how many open postings are available on their website. I'm getting matched with some pretty dogshit teams "due to headcount"

Met with the managers, all super high burnout roles with very little impact or room for growth, not to mention very little relation to my past experience (even when they have plenty of postings that do match my background really well)
Don’t agree to everything that LinkedIn says. Just like other social media.
