Hi All , I wanted to understand how the compensation model works at Stripe for engineers. I was told by recruiter that there’s going to be a base pay + target bonus + equity + refreshers. Outside of this , is there going to be a base pay hike every year or is it pretty much constant until you get promoted ? If there , what’s the typical % of hikes in Seattle or Bay Area ? Thank You !
